Job DescriptionResponsible for defining, analyzing, and delivering end-to-end optical systems performance from FEC to FEC for advanced optical interconnect products. This is a highly visible, customer-facing technical leadership role with responsibility for system architecture, modeling and simulation, specification development, validation, and product bring-up.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in DSP, optical devices, coherent optics, IMDD, and forward error correction, and works effectively across analog, SerDes, PIC, reliability, and firmware teams. This role also requires hands-on lab work to validate performance, correlate simulation to measurement, and support debug.
•Own end-to-end optical link performance from FEC to FEC, including architecture, link budgets, impairments, margins, and compliance.
