What You’ll Be Doing:
Applying your deep optics and photonics engineering expertise to provide high-level technical support for Ansys Lumerical customers and channel partners.
Owning customer problems, proactively engaging with key accounts, and delivering comprehensive solutions throughout the sales opportunity lifecycle.
Conducting introductory, intermediate, and advanced training sessions for customers, and scoping/delivering professional services projects.
Gathering customer requirements and market trends to inform improvements to Ansys software; collaborating with product development teams to translate feedback into new features.
Testing new software releases on real-world industrial problems and providing feedback to enhance product performance and usability.
Participating in internal initiatives to share knowledge, establish best practices, and develop simulation solutions and FAQs for the knowledge base.
