            Responsibilities Support Customer Account and Tax operations, including issue tracking, follow-ups, and resolution with stakeholders 
Coordinate system integration, deployment, and post-implementation (hypercare) support with system integrators and agencies 
Support system configuration, SIT/UAT testing, change requests, and new feature releases 
Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and ensure timely responses 
Conduct briefings and training on system updates and new functionalities 
Maintain and update project documentation and SOPs 
Requirements Diploma in Accountancy, Business, Finance, IT, Systems, or related field 
Interest in Ops-Tech / finance systems roles 
Understanding of finance processes (AR, Taxes, GST) 
Knowledge of financial systems, XBRL, XML, or system implementation is an advantage
