This role is designed for a self-directed fresh graduate who wants broad exposure to how a SaaS company operates internally — across product documentation, internal systems, and go-to-market support. This is an execution-first role with an Management Trainee track. You will start with hands-on operational work and gradually take on more responsibility based on performance, not tenure.
