The Ophthalmic Assistant provides specialized support to clinicians for the purpose of patient evaluation, diagnosis and treatment. Responsible for providing intermediate to advanced technical expertise and daily management in ophthalmic care delivery and assists with technical procedures under the direction of the clinician.
