AHF Products has a job opportunity for a Press Operator to be located in Crossville, TN. Reporting to the Press Supervisor.
JOB DUTIES:
Perform quality inspection of tile and report defects. Communicate defects on the containment board and to the next shift. Operate two presses and two dryers if necessary. Clean presses at the end of the shift and underneath roller tables. Wash dies as needed. Obtain green samples and check tile thickness to ensure tile is in spec. Assist other operators as needed. Assist mechanics as needed. Complete 5S, LPAs, and 30-minute check sheets, and any other necessary paperwork. Use Gemba board to effectively communicate issues.
