Responsibilities - Creation and changes of Purchase Order, Schedule Agreement or Quantity Contract
- Maintenance of Material Master for purchasing data
- Review and analyze MRP results
- Central contact person for assigned suppliers related to purchasing topics such as order quantity, order acknowledgement, confirmation of delivery, pull in/push out deliveries, and non‑conformance recovery
- Coordinate with Engineering Changes Specialist and send ECN, BOM and drawings to suppliers
- Assist Commodity Manager in communicating the forecast (rolling future demand) to the supplier and determining the supplier safety stock level
