ofi (Olam Food Ingredients) is looking for high‑potential talent to join our Regional Management Development Program (LATAM) – an intensive and fast‑track program designed to develop the next generation of Branch Managers within our coffee operations. This program offers accelerated exposure to management, operations, finance, trading, and leadership within the agro‑industrial sector, with opportunities across multiple countries in Latin America.
You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of coffee operations in‑country, including procurement, processing, quality, logistics, and exports. This role provides a unique opportunity to lead a high‑impact agro‑industrial business in one of the most dynamic coffee regions in the world.
