Operations Team Member

Location: Eaglescliffe

Salary: £32,260

Hours: 40 hours per week, NO SATURDAYS! 3 week rotation, 12 hrs per shift (6-6) including days / nights

Responsibilities

You will be part of the team producing Marshalls paving and kerbing products in the Wet Press area. The role involves hands‑on work, including lifting and moving materials, and using tools, machinery, and equipment to get the job done. Safety and quality are always our top priority, and you will play an important part in keeping everything running smoothly.

Shift Pattern

Week 1: Mon/Tues Days, Thurs/Fri Nights

Week 2: Wed/Thurs/Fri Days

Week 3: Mon/Tues/Wed Nights
