The focus of the Operations Executive role is to work alongside the Leadership and Sales Teams for the processing of sales and onboarding of new customers to Vodafone, ensuring a seamless transition and positive customer experience. The Operations Executive will also support with customer care and after-sales queries to ensure all sales become customers for Vodafone.
The Operations Executive will be a champion for the CPM values at all times whilst delivering on-time and professional execution of designated operational activities.
