Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily facility operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality chemical blending and production.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage daily production activities to meet schedules, targets, and operational requirements.
- Ensure blending and manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
- Manage manpower, resources, and workflow to support production needs.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, health, environmental, regulatory, and company standards.
