            Key Responsibilities: 
Manage and maintain the Odyssey POS system and related operational processes 
Oversee stock control, stock adjustments, and inventory accuracy 
Process GRVs and assist with creditor reconciliations 
Troubleshoot POS, network, and system-related issues 
Generate operational and stock-related reports for management 
Support daily retail operations and assist staff with system-related queries 
Ensure efficient stock movement and operational workflow 
Assist management with operational oversight and process improvements 
Support e-commerce and Shopify-related operational functions where required 
Maintain accurate administrative and operational records 
Minimum Requirements: 
Strong Odyssey POS experience ESSENTIAL 
Previous experience within the hardware or building supply industry advantageous
