Ngage utilizes a unique live chat operating tool, service, and approach to convert web visitors and consumers into contacts for our clients.We are seeking an Operations Support Representative to join our team! Your responsibilities involve the overall support and management of client relationships. You will assist in onboarding new clients, both collecting the relevant information and executing the tasks necessary to build their accounts and set up their chat service. You will also work directly with the client to both preemptively and reactively address their needs.
