**Roles and Responsibilities:**

+ To produce engine components through numerous special process functions controlled by the OEM (Overhaul Engine Manual) & SPM (Standard Practices Manual)
+ To Deliver a Quality Product on time to internal and external customers
+ To ensure production flow is maintained at all time
+ To work in accordance with the company's quality procedure: European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Part-145 Requirements
+ To follow strict EHS guide lines in all aspects of shop floor safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
+ To liaise with internal departments to ensure effective processes are used in a timely manner which supports their operations
+ Willingness to operate collaboratively with all departments in a shop floor teaming environment
