Ensure that all rostering is accurate to ensure minimal pay queries, no dropped shifts, and that accurate invoices may be produced and dispatched within required timescales.
To maintain staff HR records and personnel files appropriately for the contract as required.
Take detailed notes on any issues including investigations/disciplinaries/capability-performance/etc., ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.
Assist in the management of all direct and indirect costs to ensure these match the requirements for the effective operation of the contract including recruitment, training, expenses etc.
