**Responsibilities**

+ Scan, index and upload documents into internal systems such as Kofax and other platforms, ensuring timely and accurate processing in accordance with company policies.
+ Maintain up-to-date accurate records by ensuring proper data entry and verification in internal systems, uphold strict compliance with terms and policies and regulatory requirements.
+ Manage incoming and outgoing parcels, coordinate with vendor and ensure timely distribution of documents and packages to internal departments or external parties.
+ Oversee distribution on incoming cases and emails across relevant teams, whether manually or through automated processes, to support daily operational goals.
