Job Description Summary

As an Operations Support Coordinator, you will play a key part in keeping day‑to‑day operations running smoothly. The role combines hands‑on administrative work with operational coordination, supporting purchasing activities, supplier records, process training, and performance reporting. You will work closely with colleagues across Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering to ensure accurate data, strong compliance, and well‑organized workflows.

  • Create and manage purchase orders in line with internal policies
  • Resolve invoice queries and drive timely closure through clear follow‑up
