The Role We are seeking a proactive and organised Operations Support Administrator / Service Coordinator to join our team on a 9‑month fixed term contract. In this role, you’ll support the service team and Site Management by coordinating Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance, reporting, purchase order workflows, and general operational support activities within our CMMS. This position is essential to maintaining seamless service delivery across multiple contracts, ensuring tasks are scheduled, tracked, and closed out accurately and on time.
