Duties & Responsibilities Availability of time and flexibility of schedules. Ease of communication and desirable experience with leadership roles involving operational teams. Demonstrate personal and professional behavior compatible with the function. Motivate, train, and develop leaders and operational teams. Ensuring compliance with legislation and maintaining safe working conditions for the team. Preserve the relationship with the client and with the clients of its client. Provide operational conditions for the execution of the team's routines and for obtaining results. Ensure market presence (clients of the client), attesting to the conditions and performance of the teams' service/deliveries.
