Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 3 Building Operators

• Budget, Plan and Execute Capital Projects
• Work with CBRE/Brookfield on Complex Decarbonization Plan
• Maintain and update Building Condition Report
• Oversee Audit Reviews of Complex Budgeting & Reforecasting
• Provide guidance on Capital Spending
• Provide budgeting guidance on operational expenses
• Provide guidance on monthly accruals

• Operational liaison for 161 Bay Tower to CBRE/Brookfield
• Oversee 161 Bay specific operational contracts (Elevator, Cleaning and Window Cleaning and others)
• Manage PM Program (Angus) and multi‑year maintenance plan
• Prime contact for CBRE/Brookfield on Security
• Work with risk management on insurance related issues
• Available if needed for weekend shutdown or emergency events
