Responsible for overseeing the department's operations covering the customers business requirements from order fulfilment, delivery timelines, inventory integrity, record and documentations
Training and development of staffs ensuring job compliance, discipline and quality work output from staff
Preparation of management KPIs for timely reporting and management review
Invoicing of customers for timely collection of revenue
Handle day to day operation issues
Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by superior
Skill Required
Hands-on experience in storekeeping will be an added advantage.
