Overview

This is an interview position plus CEV. This frontline supervisor position supports FedEx Express (FXE) Safety Above All culture and manages specific day‑to‑day sort operations and assigned Cargo Handlers (CH) staff within a station. The Operations Supervisor oversees all CH functions, directing work activities, mentoring, coaching and training staff while ensuring administrative processes comply with FXE policies, procedures and government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide employees in proper package handling, routing, and recovery of potential service failures within the station sort function.
• Direct work activities, mentor, coach and train employees.
• Ensure administrative processes comply with FXE policies, procedures and government regulations.
