We are seeking a Bilingual Operations Specialist in Mexico. This on-site position requires reporting to the Mexico City office in Polanco.

Position Details

• Individual must be Bilingual in Spanish & English (verbal and written)
• Location: Mexico City office (Polanco, CDMX)
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST

Key Responsibilities

• Handle verifications for high-profile clients.
• Know customer SOPs and FADV systems.
• Verify candidate details including current and previous employment, education, professional licenses, certifications and references.
• Contact companies and educational institutions to verify candidate-provided information.
• Communicate with third parties such as employers, schools, state boards, and online databases to verify information.
• Write detailed and accurate reports flagging any discrepancies found during the verifications process.
