Roles and Responsibilities
To comply with daily, weekly and monthly tasks and action plans for the program they support (daily tactic observations, reports, coaching feedback, recommendations, etc.)
Perform tasks and activities that aim to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and overall leadership competencies of TLs, OMs/SOMs
Provide 360 feedback to operations on gaps, opportunities and non- adherence to process
Produce value- add solutions to improve site’s performance
Work closely with the leaders in operations to improve overall execution of actions
Help support, prepare, observe coaching session and provide feedback to perform better
