About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations & Purchasing Executive to support our expanding business. This role combines procurement responsibilities with administrative coordination, ensuring smooth purchasing processes and efficient day-to-day operations. You will work closely with management, suppliers, warehouse staff, and drivers to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with suppliers and confirm delivery schedules
Prepare purchase orders and track order status and delivery timelines
Use Excel to prepare customer quotations and company documents (claims, commission, etc.)
Key in documents into the AutoCount system (training provided if needed)
Handle master filing and paperwork organization
