Job Title: Operations / Project Coordination Lead
This role is critical to the success of our operations in the Philippines. You will be responsible for keeping projects on track, ensuring teams are aligned, and making sure work gets delivered smoothly and on time.
You’ll work closely with leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams to bring structure, visibility, and consistency to how we operate. If you enjoy organizing complex work, solving problems quickly, and driving execution, this role will give you strong ownership and the opportunity to grow into a leadership position.
