Operations Permit Agent
POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations Permit Agent is responsible for applying for permits, scheduling permit inspection appointments and providing support to the Permits and Public Access Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide service to customers, route calls and questions accordingly. Assist with necessary research, preparation, submittal and maintenance of all applicable permit orders: applications, inspections, and payments of permitting fees. Assist with maintaining, tracking, routing and scheduling of permit applications and permit orders.
