DM Global Limited is seeking an experienced Operations & Marketing Manager to oversee daily activities and drive commercial growth at our Hamilton facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support front‑line team members within a busy retail warehouse environment, including shift allocation, performance training, and customer issue resolution.
• Manage data collection and stock tracking via inventory software to achieve turnover targets, reduce operational waste, and deliver an excellent customer service experience.
• Partner with upper management to execute the store's 12‑month marketing blueprint across social media networks and localized physical print distributions.
• Oversee materials, incoming freight documentation, and warehouse inventory placement security.
