Lead, coordinate and oversee all operational aspects of the healthcare facility to ensure the site is effective and efficient in the delivery of quality care to patients.
Understand the local network's (including patients, referrals, suppliers, business partners and Doctors) expectations and needs from entry/admission through to discharge or transfer of patients to build effective relationships, address service delivery issues and implement solutions promptly.
Partner with and be the first point of contact for consultants working on site and oncology specialist more broadly to develop collaborative and supportive relationships.
Responsibility for the site based financial results including:
Preparation and ownership of the annual site budget, including the capital and facility maintenance budgets and business plans required by management;
