As an Operations Manager, you will be a key member of our Polyclinic Management team. You will drive operational excellence and service quality. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare team and corporate with departments in corporate office in the planning and implementation of business initiatives and delivery of quality services and care.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and optimize daily polyclinic operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation and service delivery
- Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives for clinic operations systems, processes, and operational capabilities
- Drive service quality enhancement projects and implement best practices
- Manage and develop operations staff, fostering a culture of learning and growth
- Partner with corporate office departments to implement strategic business initiatives
