            Duties  Daily manpower planning to ensure operation excellence in a cost-effective manner and to fulfil contractual obligations. 
Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand operational needs in order to plan/forecast the necessary resources required. 
Attendance management and make necessary adjustments when necessary. 
Work closely with HR and Ops to manage and achieve efficiency in manpower deployment. Initiates processes to streamline operations. 
Assist with HR on MOM deliverables regarding workforce. 
Implement information system and process flow for manpower planning. 
Work/Check on-site during project period to ensure manpower supply is managed optimally. 
Coordinate manpower’s security clearances and permit to work. 
Management of all company vehicle maintenance needs. 
Management of all company PPE drawing and consumable distribution.
