About the Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and process-driven Operations & Invoice Management Executive to support the operational and financial workflows of our Creative Team.
Given the scale and pace at which our team operates with multiple vendors, shoots, and production requirements simultaneously, this position requires a strong sense of ownership, accuracy, accountability, and operational discipline.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing large volumes of data, maintaining structured trackers, coordinating across teams, and ensuring that all financial and operational records are updated accurately and on time.
