We are looking for an Operations Manager to help strengthen the internal structure of the business as we grow. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can bring clarity, follow‑through and accountability across people, processes and day‑to‑day operations.
You will help run the internal operating rhythm of the business.
The role sits across operations, people, hiring, internal processes and team coordination. You will help ensure priorities are clear, work is tracked, standards are followed, and issues are addressed before they become bigger problems.
This is not a traditional HR role.
