About the role:

Needs to work closely and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Be able take up Continuous improvement ideas, initiatives, managing team and MIS reporting, maintain synchrony in the team. Be able to create and define SOP’s, TATs for ongoing and upcoming projects.

What you will do:

• Revenue Analytics to identify additional reimbursement opportunities in revenue cycle management of US Healthcare.
• Prevention of revenue leakage in Hospital/Physician business. Strong knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle management to be able to do analytics in each area.
• Well versed knowledge of Contract Model, Expected Reimbursement methodologies, Underpayment/Payment variance analysis, Denial Analytics, Revenue Capture Ideas, Appeal Follow up with insurance.
• Meet required benchmarks for production, accuracy, and efficiency.
