A national company with Housekeeping contracts at various hotels in Cape Town, seeking an experienced operator with 4 or 5* hotel Housekeeping management to oversee 5 to 9 hotel contracts.
Essential Requirements
- Hospitality Management Diploma
- Proven track record as an Executive Housekeeper in 4 or 5* hotels with up to 400 rooms
- Preferably currently holding an operations role, overseeing multiple hotels
- Familiarity with cleaning products, chemicals, and safe handling
- Strong administrator – prepare documentation related to housekeeping operations, including team performance and inventory management
- Experience with systems – Hotel system Opera, Payroll T&A (PRP, Sage, etc.), Mobile platforms (E-Cat, Omni, etc.)
- Own car
- Driver's licence
- Cape Town resident
