This role ensures daily operations are efficient, client‑centred, compliant with regulatory standards and aligned with strategic goals. The Operations Manager coordinates logistics, develops team leads, optimises resources and explores manpower innovation, including volunteers and micro‑jobbers, to enhance service sustainability.
