The Operations Manager provides overall leadership, motivation and management of the four (4) main functions of the Company: Operations, Estimating, Sales, and Administration. The Operations Manager will also provide planning, direction, supervision, and coordination of all aspects of the construction and administrative functions necessary to carry out the plans and mission to sustain the company's growth and profitability objectives of the Company.
