Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage both in-house (non-outsourced) and outsourced operations . The role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, vendor performance management, cost control, compliance with UAE regulations, and achieving operational efficiency across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

In-House (Non-Outsourced) Operations

• Manage daily operations of internal teams and departments
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, resources, and assets
• Implement SOPs, KPIs, and performance monitoring systems
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Admin for smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and HSE standards
