Responsibilities - Plan and oversee all studio operations: scheduling, resource allocation, supply management, and project tracking.
- Coordinate communication between creative staff (modelers, artists, printers) and business functions (sales, marketing).
- Manage budgets, procurement of materials and equipment, and ensure adherence to project deadlines and cost targets.
- Oversee studio safety, security, and facility maintenance; implement protocols for equipment use and worksite organization.
- Support staff training, handle hiring/onboarding, and serve as dispute mediator or workflow optimizer.
