Monitors Area Managers/Branch Managers who need skill upgrading, advanced knowledge on problem solving, decision making, customer relationship management, negotiation skills, sales and marketing skills, people management, etc.
Conducts coaching/mentoring for Area Managers/Branch Managers to enhance this knowledge/skills and overall competencies to deliver better results/performance.
Represents the company in meetings with Lessors; Board Meeting/MANCOM once a month, conventions, etc.
Conducts ocular visits to ensure all stores are within corporate standards and to check competitors and other progress of strategic plans.
Collaborates with the Support Department Heads to ensure that programs/goals are properly aligned and executed.
Closely monitors the respective Area Manager to ensure that all internal controls are carried out by each team, such as:
