Responsibilities

• Manage daily limousine operations including trip planning dispatch coordination trip assignments and fleet availability
• Oversee chauffeur performance shift scheduling route planning and on time service delivery
• Uphold Patriot Limousine s luxury service standards across all operations
• Handle customer escalations feedback and VIP service requirements with professionalism
• Oversee daily vehicle inspections cleanliness standards and readiness for service
• Ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws ITC regulations limousine licensing and company policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in business administration, Operations, Hospitality, or related field
• Minimum 4 6 years experience in transportation, limousine services, hospitality operations, or similar fields
