Responsibilities

• Plan and confirm all project resources – equipment operators, riggers, and technicians
• Oversee equipment mobilization and demobilization to meet ADNOC specifications and TPI certifications
• Provide operational inputs for bids, costing, and technical submissions
• Coordinate manpower with HR and approve OT and rotations per MOHRE regulations
• Ensure full compliance with ADNOC HSE, PTW, and Dolphin safety standards
• Promote a zero LTI and zero NPT culture across all projects
• Monitor budgets, equipment utilization, diesel, manpower, and mobilization costs
• Prepare monthly performance reports and support finance with billing documentation
• Provide 24/7 operational support for urgent mobilizations and emergency callouts

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (MBA in Operations is an advantage)
