ATI is seeking to hire an Operations Supervisor to support our Specialty Rolled Products business unit. This role will be based in our Latrobe, PA, melt shop.
This position is responsible for leading a diverse, represented hourly workforce in day-to-day problem solving and troubleshooting efforts, as well as, interacting with all levels of management on a wide range of business issues.
This position will require shift work, rotating weekly between midnight, daylight, and afternoon turns.
