JBS Lease Administration (Manila)

Reporting to: Head of Lease Administration - Abstractions

Key Stakeholders: Account Managers, Transition Manager, Clients/Stakeholders and their teams

What this job involves

High level of independence in managing lease administration abstraction services. You will manage a team of abstraction staff (analysts, senior analysts, assistant managers, managers) and oversee the operational delivery, ensuring adherence to policies and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for Abstractions, accountable for overall employee life-cycle management: recruitment, development, salary review, promotion, day-to-day support.
• Deliver consistent and qualitative lease abstraction services for JLL clients, ensuring database accuracy and timely turn–around.
