**Job Title: Operations Generalist**

**Job Description**

As an Operations Generalist, you will be involved in various preparatory tasks such as case masking for shot peening, painting, plasma preparation, and machining. You will follow detailed schematics to apply masking tape on components, which vary in size and scope, including engine blades up to 112 inches.

**Responsibilities**

+ Conduct material collection and delivery by picking up shipped parts, signing them out from the bonding room, and delivering them to the respective cells.
+ Ensure tool boxes in each cell are fully stocked and assist with finding missing or misplaced parts.
+ Operate aqueous cleaning equipment and apply rust preventative solutions, ensuring parts are clean and visually inspected before returning them for the next stage.
+ Maintain a clean work environment with daily clean-ups and general area maintenance, ensuring the next shift has a clean working space.
