Ticketing System Configuration: Own the end‑to‑end setup of events within the ticketing system, including seat inventory management and pricing configuration for current and future ticket builds. Gather detailed information from account managers about event specifics (dates, pricing, seating arrangements, special requirements) and ensure all details are accurately entered to facilitate smooth sales and operations. Configure and optimize an access control system to ensure secure, efficient and seamless entry operations across all venues.
Ticketing System Management (Day‑to‑day): Assist and follow through all technical aspects of the ticketing system (system improvements, website updates, connecting different systems, user acceptance testing and creating reports). Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures and training guides to support operational consistency and knowledge.
