The Operations Executive is responsible for the effective operation and maintenance of the Home’s facilities, including overseeing and managing day-to-day operations and ensuring maintenance duties are carried out diligently and efficiently. The role involves managing and coordinating various operational support services to ensure high standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency, as well as drafting maintenance contract specifications and providing technical input for ad-hoc projects from a maintenance and facilities management perspective.
