            Job Description  Lead the security team through daily operations and all incident escalations 
Supervise and manage deployment 
Direct supervision of security personnel 
Conduct team briefing and debrief 
Execute evacuation plans and exercise, where applicable 
Plan manpower deployment for designated sites 
Oversee daily operations at sites 
Maintain close relationship with clients to address any issues at site 
Identify and resolve security operations related issues 
Respond promptly to enquiries/emails from clients and emergency calls 
Ensure operations comply with requirements of clients or contract 
Prepare and submit reports/data as required by clients and the Company 
Prepare and submit reports in compliance with regulatory requirements and/or Company’s Standard Operating Procedures 
Conduct induction program and orientation at site
