Responsibilities - Coordinate daily bunker operations and vessel schedules.
- Liaise with vessel masters, barge operators, surveyors, suppliers, and port authorities on bunker delivery arrangements.
- Monitor bunker loading and discharging activities to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Prepare and verify operational documents including:Bunker Delivery Notes (BDN)Cargo documentsDelivery reportsPort documentationStatements of Facts (SOF)
