            Job Description  Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflows. 
Monitor sales performance and support teams in meeting targets. 
Manage staff training, scheduling, and performance. 
Maintain high customer service standards and resolve issues. 
Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation align with brand guidelines. 
Handle inventory control and stock replenishment. 
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. 
Report on operations and communicate with management. 
Able to work shifts (earliest shift starts at 6:00 AM, latest shift ends at 1:00 AM), including weekends and public holidays.
